Three More Launch Trailers Released

With a large batch of new releases this week, there is also a large batch of new launch trailers. Three more have arrived for West of Loathing, Smoke and Sacrifice, and Songbringer.

West of Loathing Review

Solar Sail Games’ Smoke and Sacrifice sets up a dark, post-apocalyptic steampunk world where a mother fights for the life of the child that was stolen from her. Naturally, the next twenty hours should then be devoted to crafting quests.

A heavily Switch-focused press conference saw multiple new Pokémon titles announced. An action RPG is now available to download, with another title combining a Pokémon Yellow remake with the capturing mechanics of Pokémon Go coming later this year.

Fallen Legion Now Available on Switch

Fallen Legion’s Switch version is now available in North America, with its European release following on Friday. A launch trailer for the Rise to Glory version comes with a new trailer highlighting some of the additional content within.

Moonlighter Now Available

The one part shopkeeping, one part dungeon-crawling action RPG Moonlight is out now. The game is available for PC, PS4, and Xbox One, with a Switch release to follow later this year.

inXile Entertainment Demos The Bard’s Tale IV

Twenty years after the release of the third game, The Bard’s Tale is finally getting a new official mainline entry. Developer inXile Entertainment gave a twenty-three-minute demo showcasing the gameplay in The Bard’s Tale IV.

Talerock is developing a new fantasy story-driven RPG named Grimshade. The game is currently undergoing a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter ahead of a planned release later this year.
