Square Enix held its Letter from the Producer Part LV presentation today for Final Fantasy XIV. The presentation offered a release date for Shadowbringers’ first major content update, with a few more details on what it includes.
At PAX West, RPGamer’s Mystiana Rulean and Krystal Rulean were able to chat to Final Fantasy XIV: Shadowbringers’ art team lead Takeo Suzuki and main scenario writer Natsuko Ishikawa. The topics include the game’s connections to the rest of the series and the challenges creating new races.

This weekend’s Final Fantasy XIV Fan Fest kicked off with some big news as Square Enix announced its third expansion. Shadowbringers is coming in early summer next year, with some other major things also announced.
