RPGamers can now return to the chilliest part of the Forgotten Realms with this new action RPG. A new trailer also provides the opportunity to learn how to take out a dragon.

Tuque Games and Wizards of the Coast have released a new gameplay trailer for their upcoming title, Dungeons & Dragons: Dark Alliance. Players take on the roles of Drizzt and friends in the action RPG later this month.

Manticore Games’ Core is a game creation suite currently in open alpha. Creations made with it already cover a wide variety of potential genres, with RPGs very much included, as evidenced by the winners of a dungeon design contest and recreations of some well-known D&D players’ favourite memories.

Baldur’s Gate III Gets New Gameplay Stream

Larian Studios’ Swen Vincke opened up the D&D Live 2020 event with some Baldur’s Gate III gameplay. The 90-minute stream showed some of the upgrades made to the game since its last stream in February.

Baldur’s Gate III Gameplay Revealed

In a presentation at PAX East, Larian Studios’ Swen Vincke demonstrated the first gameplay for Baldur’s Gate III, which will be getting an Early Access release sometime in the coming months. Due to the early nature of the build, his endeavours met with mixed results.

D&D Enhanced Editions Now Available on Console

Four classic Dungeons & Dragons RPGs are out now on console. Baldur’s Gate, Baldur’s Gate II, Planescape: Torment, and Icewind Dale are available in two packs, with Neverwinter Nights set to join them in December.

D&D Enhanced Edition Console Releases Pushed Back

Some more releases have escaped the September rush. Beamdog has announced that its Baldur’s Gate: Enhanced Edition Pack and the Planescape: Torment / Icewind Dale: Enhanced Edition Pack will now come to consoles in October.
