After bringing Mugen Souls to Switch earlier this year, Eastasiasoft is also releasing its sequel on the console. Mugen Souls Z will release on the system in September.
A quieter weeks sees debuts for Dredge, Ravenbound, Saga of Sins, and Linked Worlds. Meanwhile, Citizen Sleeper makes its way to PlayStation consoles.
Leading this week’s new releases are Atelier Ryza 3 and Mr. Saitou. There are also new platforms and bundles for Ni no Kuni II, the Voice of Cards trilogy, Remnant: From the Ashes, and Rakuen.
The Legend of Heroes: Trails to Azure leads this week’s new releases with the second part of the series’ Crossbell saga. There are also debuts for Absinthia, Bleak Faith: Forsaken, and the console versions of Wolcen: Lords of Mayhem.
Jump Over the Age and Fellow Traveller revealed that Citizen Sleeper’s third DLC episode is coming in a couple of weeks. It will be followed very quickly by its PS4 and PS5 release.
Although perhaps light on major titles, this week has another decent selection of new releases. Knights of Pen and Paper 3, Mato Anomalies, Romancelvania, The Last Spell, and Sanctuary Saga all make full debuts.
A brand new entry in the Pen and Paper series is out now. Knights of Pen and Paper 3 sees players embark on another fantasy adventure, led by their game master.
Eastasiasoft announced a Switch date for Mugen Souls. Compile Heart’s turn-based RPG will come to the console at the end of April.
Drinkbox Studios celebrated the first anniversary of Nobody Saves the World with a free update. The update adds a new alleged Impossible Dungeon and a dinosaur form.
Square Enix and Luminous Productions have some news for Forspoken ahead of its launch next week. The game’s demo is getting an update, with the companies also providing details on the PC version’s system requirements.
Eastasiasoft’s latest announcement elicited some reactions from certain RPGamer staff members. The publisher is bringing Compile Heart’s Mugen Souls to Switch in spring.
Nippon Ichi Software released its second Japanese trailer for Disgaea 7. The six-minute video includes some character introductions and looks at the gameplay system for the latest entry in the tactical RPG series.
The demo to Monochrome Mobius: Rights and Wrongs Forgotten launches in Japan tomorrow. Aquaplus also released some new media for the game, which is getting a worldwide release on PC this month in addition to hitting PS4 and PS5 in Japan.
This week features new entries in the Star Ocean and Mount & Blade series, and the full release of Live by the Sword: Tactics. Meanwhile, Relayer comes to PC, Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr hits next-gen consoles, and Queen’s Wish 2 comes to iOS.
Nintendo Persona fans are finally able to rejoice. Atlus’s Persona 5 Royal finally makes the leap onto the hybrid console, and other platforms, in a few days.
A busy September continues with the long-awaited western release of Trails from Zero, as well as the debut of Valkyrie Elysium. Among other launches, Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous arrives on console and Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris hits Switch.
It’s another varied week of new releases. New titles include The DioField Chronicle, No Place for Bravery, Potion Permit, Soulstice, The Outbound Ghost, and There Is No Light, while Jack Move makes its console debut.
Nihon Falcom and Tatsunoko Productions’ The Legend of Heroes anime is set to air in Japan next year. A new trailer introduces the main characters in The Legend of Heroes: Sen no Kiseki Northern War.
Persona 5 Royal is now available to pre-order on its new upcoming platforms. The options available include a limited physical 1 More Edition.
