Assassin’s Creed Valhalla’s Siege of Paris Arriving in August

Ubisoft announced that the Siege of Paris expansion to Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will launch on August 12, 2021. The news comes with the announcement of the limited-time Sigrblot Festival seasonal event and release of the version 1.3.0 update.

The Sigrblot Festival will be available from July 29 to August 19, 2021. It includes new flyting, fighting, and dice mini-games, as well as three quests. Rewards available to players include new settlement decorations, customisation items, and weapons. The newest game update also adds a new level scaling option for players.

Siege of Paris is the second story expansion to Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and takes players to Francia. It includes new weapons, abilities, gear, and skills, as well as Infiltration Missions, a new version of the series’ previous Black Box Missions where players can choose their preferred way to eliminate a target. The expansion will be available to purchase individually and is also included in the game’s Season Pass along with previous expansion Wrath of the Druids.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla follows the Viking Eivor, who travels to England in the ninth century CE. The game was released for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, and Google Stadia in November 2020.
