Wasteland 3’s The Battle of Steeltown Begins

inXile Entertainment has released its first story expansion for tactical squad-based RPG Wasteland 3. The Battle of Steeltown is available now on PC, Mac, Linux, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One for $13.99. It sees the player’s Ranger squad investigating the vital factory complex of Steeltown and uncovering missing deliveries, raiding gangs, and striking workers that threaten Steeltown’s leadership under Abigail Markham. The expansion includes new quests and robotic enemies, as well as adding new combat mechanics and new equipment to the full game.

Wasteland 3 is the sequel to 2014’s Wasteland 2. The game follows a squad of Desert Rangers seeking the aid of the Patriarch of Colorado due to the dire situation in their home state of Arizona. The game released for PC, Mac, Linux, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One in 2020.
