Fallout 76 Shows the Nuclear Portion of Its Presentation

Following the release earlier this week of three videos taken from Fallout 76‘s E3 presentation, Bethesda released a fourth video highlighting a particular aspect of the game. This particular video details the still-active nuclear silos that players can find and activate in the West Virginia wasteland. To use these, player parties will need to assemble an access code before heading to the silo and launching a nuclear missile at the desired destination. In addition to the destruction, this creates a high-level area containing rare resources and dangerous threats.

Fallout 76 is set in 2102, twenty-five years after the nuclear assault that turned America into a wasteland. Players control dwellers from the titular Vault 76 in West Virginia, tasked with reclaiming and rebuilding civilisation. The game is always online, with every human in the game being controlled by a player. Fallout 76 is set to be released on November 14, 2018, for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
