Level-5’s Inazuma Eleven series marks its return this August with the release of Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road. To gear players up, our latest retrospective looks at the series’s history so far.
Lies of P is back… sort of. Pascal Tekaia reports that its Overture DLC adds a substantial amount of excellent content to an already outstanding game, making for one heck of a Soulslike package.
We kick off another #JRPGJuly, our month-long community game-along. The RPGamer staff shares what they are planning to play for this celebration of all things JRPG and check in with their first week of progress.

NIS America announced that it is bringing Cladun X3 west later this year. The dungeon-crawling action RPG will be available on PC, PS4, PS5, and Switch.
GungHo Online Entertainment has announced a physical Althena’s Treasure Box for the Lunar Remastered Collection. While it doesn’t include the collection itself, it does feature plenty of goodies for fans.
Nihon Falcom and GungHo Online Entertainment released new media and details for The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter. The update covers the coastal city of Ruan and its surroundings.
Bandai Namco provided plenty of new gameplay footage for Digimon Story Time Stranger. The ten-minute presentation with producer Ryosuke Hara features details on the game’s story, Digital World, and various systems.
Fulqrum Publishing and Dreamate revealed that New Arc Line’s first major Early Access update is coming in a couple of weeks. The Smoke & Mirrors update adds dwarves as a playable race alongside two new classes.
Everstone Studio announced a final closed beta test for action RPG Where Winds Meet. The beta will run during the last week of this month, with sign-ups open now.
