The Elder Scrolls Online Gets Greymoor Launch Cinematic, Stadia Release Date

Bethesda Softworks and ZeniMax Online Studios have released the launch trailer for the Greymoor expansion content for MMORPG The Elder Scrolls Online. The expansion is part of the “Dark Heart of Skyrim” storyline, which began with a free prologue quest, as well as the Harrowstorm DLC dungeon pack, earlier this year.

Greymoor is a new chapter that takes players to a brand new zone, Western Skyrim, as they help defend the Nords from a beastly force led by a Vampire Lord. The expansion will include a new twelve-player Trial titled Kyne’s Aegis as well as new quests and dungeons. It will introduce a new Antiquities system, where players act as archaeologists and uncover lost artifacts scattered across Tamriel, and new world events known as Harrowstorms. Greymoor is available now on PC and Mac, with PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions releasing on June 9, 2020. Another dungeon pack is set to launch in Q3 2020, with additional new story DLC set to launch in Q4 2020.

In addition, the companies have revealed that the Google Stadia version of The Elder Scrolls Online will launch on June 16, 2020. All of the existing expansions will also be available on Google Stadia upon launch, including Greymoor.
