More Infinity Strash: Dragon Quest The Adventure of Dai Screenshots, Details Released

Square Enix followed up its recent trailer for Infinity Strash: Dragon Quest The Adventure of Dai by providing new screenshots and details for the action RPG. Reiterating some of the information revealed in the video, the game will follow portions of the Dragon Quest The Adventure of Dai manga and animated series up until the battle of Sovereign Rock with multiple modes available.

The game’s story mode will cover these events with various battles, scenes, and movies recreating events from the series, taking on the forces of the Dark Army in ever-fiercer battles. However, there will be a special “Storyteller” difficulty available for those wishing to lower the challenge of the combat.

Infinity Strash will feature a special way for players to enhance the game’s four playable characters: Bond Memories. These feature various scenes from the manga series and are obtained by advancing through both Story Mode or the original Temple of Recollection multi-floor dungeon. Bond Memories can be equipped on characters, improving their abilities, with more Bond Memories able to equipped as characters level up. They come in Silver, Gold, and Platinum rarities, with Platinum versions having unique effects.

Infinity Strash: Dragon Quest The Adventure of Dai will release worldwide on September 28, 2023, for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch.The game is available to pre-order digitally now on all platforms except Nintendo Switch. All pre-orders will receive a special outfit for Dai and a special Bond Memory. There is also a Digital Deluxe Edition that includes multiple special outfits from Dragon Quest III: The Seeds of Salvation and Dragon Quest IV: Chapters of the Chosen.
