Horizon Call of the Mountain Gets Trailer, Horizon Forbidden West Free Update Released

During its State of Play presentation, Sony showed a new trailer for the upcoming virtual reality title Horizon Call of the Mountain. The video includes the first snippets of gameplay for the PlayStation VR2 title, which is being developed by Guerrilla Games and Firesprite. The game stars new protagonist Ryas, a former Shadow Carja Warrior aiming to redeem himself by investigating a new threat, though Aloy and other series characters will appear. Release dates for the PlayStation VR2 and Horizon Call of the Mountain have not yet been announced.

In addition, Sony revealed that a free update is now available for Horizon Forbidden West. The update adds a New Game+ mode and an Ultra Hard difficulty option. It also includes quality-of-life features, including a transmog feature that lets players customise Aloy’s outfit and a skill point respec option, as well as some graphical enhancements.
