The Ascent Climbs and Finds a Release Date

Curve Digital and Neon Giant have announced the release date for their upcoming action RPG The Ascent. The game will launch on July 29, 2021, for the Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC for the price of $29.99/£24.99/€29.99. It will also be available on Xbox Game Pass the same date. A new trailer for the game also released, featuring footage of some cooperative gameplay and environments.

The Ascent is a solo or cooperative action RPG that puts players in control of indentured servants of The Ascent Group, a corporate metropolis, as it mysteriously shuts down, sending the city into chaos. Players will have to explore the vertical city and defend it from incoming corporations and gangs trying to come in and fill the void.
