Remnant: From the Ashes Next-Gen Update Now Available

Perfect World Entertainment and Gunfire Games have released a free update for Remnant: From the Ashes. The update provides improved performance for the game on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles, adding support for 4K resolution at 30fps or 1080p resolution at 60fps. In addition, the PC version of the game is now also available through the Microsoft Store and included as part of the Xbox Game Pass subscription service.

Remnant: From the Ashes was released in 2019, and is set in an alternate world 80 years after an alien force known as the Root invaded Earth. Players set out from their base in Ward 13, exploring their surroundings and fighting hostile enemies as they investigate a mysterious tower. The game features co-op for up to three players, with those looking to read more about Remnant: From the Ashes able to check out Zack Webster’s review of the PC version.
