Torchlight III Shines a Light on Release Date
Perfect World Entertainment and Echtra Games have announced that Torchlight III will exit Steam Early Access and arrive on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on October 13, 2020, with a Switch version planned for later in the year. The game will be priced at $39.99 and each version will come with its own exclusive Fairy pet: Violet Glittersprite on PC, Verdant Glittersprite on Xbox One, Azure Glittersprite on PlayStation 4, and Ashen Glittersprite on Switch.
Torchlight III takes place 100 years after Torchlight II, where a prolonged peace is disrupted by an invasion by the Netherim. Players will create a character from one of four classes and one of five powerful relics to create a unique playstyle. Pets are making a return, both to fight alongside and assist with selling goods back in town while the player continues questing. Each account will have a fort to call home that can be improved to provide more powerful vendors and benefits.
Ingredients
2 tbsp coffee powder or instant coffee granules ground in a spice grinder or pestle and mortar
150 g self-raising flour
165 g soft light brown sugar
165 g soft margarine or butter
3 medium eggs
1½ tsp milk
⅛ tsp salt
Extras
12 cupcake cases
Instructions
Pre-heat your oven to 160ºC/140ºC fan.
Place your cupcake cases into a muffin tin.
Sift the self-raising flour (150g), coffee powder (10g) into a large bowl and salt (⅛ tsp). Add the remaining ingredients (3 medium eggs, 165g soft margarine, 165g soft light brown sugar and 1½ tsp milk) and mix until fully combined (either by hand or using an electric mixer on a low speed).
Divide the mixture equally between the muffin cases (I use a cupcake scoop to help split it evenly).
Bake for 18-20 minutes until a skewer inserted into the middle comes out clean. Leave the cupcakes to cool in their tins for about 10 minutes and then move them to a wire rack to cool fully before decorating.
PS
What ever happened to Torchlight II coming to consoles? I had pre-ordered it for PS4 and it apparently got cancelled.
It was released on PS4, Xbox One, and Switch last year
