New Destiny 2: Beyond Light Trailer Asks What Is Beneath the Ice

destinyBungie has released a new trailer for its upcoming Destiny 2 expansion Beyond Light. The video shows the icy landscape of Europa, birthplace of the Exos and home to Golden Age technology trapped under the ice. New locations include the remnant of the colony at Eventide Ruins, the edge of Vex structures in the Asterion Abyss, the last-known site of an Exoscience facility in Cadmus Ridge, the communications center of Charon’s Crossing, and more.

Beyond Light is the third expansion for Destiny 2, bringing players to the frozen moon in search of knowledge to give them the edge in the ongoing conflict. It is set to release on November 11, 2020, for the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, PC, and Stadia. Destiny 2‘s previous two expansions, Shadowkeep and Forsaken, are now available on Xbox Game Pass.
