Dante Joining Shin Megami Tensei III Nocturne HD Remaster as DLC

Atlus has announced that Devil May Cry’s Dante will be added to the upcoming Shin Megami Tensei III Nocturne HD Remaster through paid DLC. Dante was included as a bonus character in the original version of the game, but was replaced by Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner’s Raidou Kuzunoha in the Japan-only Maniax Chronicle Edition, which the remaster is based on.

The original game was released for PlayStation 2 in North America as Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne and in Europe as Shin Megami Tensei: Lucifer’s Call. It takes place in a post-apocalyptic Tokyo with the city turned into the Vortex World where cults and demons fight each other. The remaster will launch in Japan for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 on October 29, 2020, with North American and European releases following in spring 2021.
