Final Fantasy VII Remake Trailer Introduces New Theme Song, More Characters

Square Enix released a new trailer today for the upcoming Final Fantasy VII Remake. The video features the game’s brand new theme song, “Hollow”, which is composed by Nobuo Uematsu and features vocals from Yosh of the band Survive Said the Prophet. It also shows some more events from the game, including the sequence at Honeybee Inn, as well as the first appearances of Red XIII, Scarlet, and Hojo.

Final Fantasy VII Remake will be released in multiple parts, with the first part taking players up to the “Escape from Midgar” section of the original Final Fantasy VII. Square Enix recently announced that the game had been pushed back to a April 10, 2020, release on PlayStation 4.
