Shenmue III Sets the Mood with New Environment Trailer

Deep Silver has released a new trailer — which it dubs a Mood Video — for Ys Net’s upcoming Shenmue III. Titled “Spirit of the Land”, the three-and-a-half-minute video portrays various locations from the game, from bustling marketplaces to serene temples and scenic nature vistas, all set to soothing traditional music.

After an initial announcement in the 2000s before all but disappearing, Shenmue III was re-announced in 2015 and underwent a successful crowdfunding campaign, with Deep Silver later signing on as publisher. Fans don’t have much longer to wait, as the sequel is set to release worldwide for PlayStation 4 and PC on November 19, 2019.
