The Alliance Alive HD Trailer Shows Some Gameplay

NIS America has released a new trailer for its upcoming release of The Alliance Alive HD Remaster. The 90-second video shows some of the gameplay elements present in the game, including the Awakening system, where characters can randomly learn new skills; the Ignition system, where characters can enter an enhanced state by taking or dealing damage; and the Final Strike ability, where characters can unleash a powerful attack at the cost of breaking their equipped weapon.

The Alliance Alive is a spiritual follow-up to The Legend of Legacy and was originally released on Nintendo 3DS in 2017 in Japan, 2018 in North America and Europe. The game shifts between the perspectives of the nine protagonists before their stories converge. The Alliance Alive HD Remaster is being published by NIS America in North America and Europe, and is set to be released for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch in North America on October 8, 2019, with Japan receiving the game on October 10, 2019, and a European release following on October 11, 2019. The game will also be released worldwide for PC, but no date has been announced.
