Wild River Games’ Fimbul Slated for End of February Release

In a new gameplay trailer released on YouTube, Wild River Games highlights gameplay footage for Fimbul, with a release date of February 28, 2019, dotting the final seconds. The trailer also shows three game cases and cover art for the PC, PlayStation 4, and Switch, and will be released both physically and digitally for each console. A digital-only release is also coming to the Xbox One.

Fimbul is a comic action-adventure game based on Norse themes. Taking place during Fimbulwinter, the prelude to the end of the world known as Ragnarök, Fimbul will be told in a comic book style, depending on the player’s decisions to uncover numerous branching narratives. The game will also feature a system that will allow the character to go back to pivotal moments to examine different outcomes.
