SAO: Fatal Bullet Expansion Dated, Getting Complete Edition

Bandai Namco has announced the date for the upcoming expansion for Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet. The expansion, titled “Dissonance of the Nexus”, will arrive on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on January 18, 2019. A complete edition of the game containing all three previously-released DLC packs along with “Dissonance of the Nexus” will be made available for those platforms the same day.

Additional content was also announced for the expansion. Three new characters, including Seven from The Lost Song and Yuna and Eiji from Ordinal Scale, will be added in addition to Sachi. A free update will be provided for the game that adds a new dungeon, a new boss battle to online co-op, and new additions to Hero Quest Battles. Lastly, Bandai Namco will be releasing a demo for the game on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The demo will give players access to the Wastelands up to level 2 and co-op and online battles. Dates for the update and the demo release will be announced at a later date.
