Time-Traveling Fantasy RPG The Waylanders Announced

Developer Gato Salvaje Studio has announced a new RPG, The Waylanders. The game is a time-travelling fantasy RPG, with Mike Laidlaw (formerly of BioWare) collaborating on the game as Narrative and Creative Consultant.

The Waylanders’ setting evokes a mixture of the Celtic and Medieval eras. The game uses real-time-with-pause combat where players can switch between isometric and third-person views, with the game featuring thirty-six character classes based on six regular classes and thirty advanced options. The Waylanders is currently being developed for PC, with a planned release window of Q1 2020.
