Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous Adds Turn-Based Mode

Owlcat Studios has announced its upcoming RPG Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous will be adding a turn-based mode. Using a fan created mod as a starting point, the team has stated that it plans for players to be able to switch between turn-based and real-time with pause on the fly without having to reload the zone. The team also wanted to reiterate that the game would be designed for real-time with pause.

Currently in the midst of a Kickstarter campaign, Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous is the follow-up to Owlcat’s previous game, Pathfinder: Kingmaker. The campaign will run until March 11, 2020, and the game is currently being developed for PC. Set in the Pathfinder universe, Wrath of the Righteous will feature a new campaign as players are tasked with repelling an incursion of demons from the Worldwound.

Turn-based mode made me back the game. I like real-time with pause too, but turn-based is just more fun for me. I was very happy that the first game was modded by the community to have a turn-based mode.
