Chasm to Release at the End of July

Bit Kid Inc. has announced that its long-awaited project Chasm will be released on July 31, 2018. The game will be available for PC, Mac, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation Vita priced at $19.99, with the two PlayStation versions being Cross-Buy with each other.

Chasm is a roguelike side-scroller that was originally funded through Kickstarter in 2013. Players control a young knight of the Guildean Kingdom eager to prove his worth. While investigating a mining town integral to the war effort, he discovers that the townspeople are being kidnapped by supernatural monsters that have risen from the depths. Confronting the monsters take the form of delving through dungeons in a world that is procedurally generated using pre-designed rooms at the start of each campaign.
