The Outer Worlds 2 Announced

In the midst of all the bombastic announcements at Microsoft’s E3 show, Obsidian found some time to slip in an announcement for a sequel to The Outer Worlds. A very, very slight announcement.

Starfield Arriving November 2022

Bethesda’s latest RPG Starfield finally reappeared. The journey through the vast unknown will be exclusive to Xbox and PC and will launch in November of 2022.

Diablo II: Resurrected Release Date Announced

Microsoft’s Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase saw Blizzard popping up with a new trailer for Diablo II: Resurrection. More importantly, the trailer came with a release date attached.

Death’s Door Opening in July

Acid Nerve’s Death’s Door will be opening for players in a month’s time. The fantasy action RPG sees a crow tracking down a soul-stealing thief.

Unexplored 2 Gets New Trailer

Big Sugar and Ludomotion released a new E3 trailer for Unexplored 2: The Wayfarer’s Legacy. The game is currently in Early Access, with a full release set for next year.

E3 Indie Round-Up

There are just too many games at E3 to see them all. Here’s a collection of some of the indie games we were able to check out during our show floor travels.

Dauntless E3 Impression and Interview

Dauntless is already a game available across several platforms, and E3 revealed the Switch as the latest console players can join up with. We got a chance to challenge the game’s newest Behemoth, Winterhorn, and chat with the developers a bit about the upcoming changes.

Heroland E3 Impression

Heroland is an upcoming theme-park take on the classic dungeon-crawler. E3 gave us the opportunity to go hands-on with the game ahead of its release later this year.

Rune Factory 4 Special E3 Impression

The Rune Factory franchise hasn’t received a new entry in several years. However, the last installment is getting a rerelease this year, and we were able to check it out ahead of its release at this year’s E3.

The Riftbreaker E3 Impression

Exor Studios’ The Riftbreaker puts players in the role of Ashley Nowak, a one-woman expeditionary force. Pascal Tekaia had the chance to try and help her colonize the far-distant world of Galatea 37, though it was a doomed effort.

Reel Fishing: Road Trip Adventure E3 Impression

Fishing minigames are far from a rare sight in RPGs nowadays, but an actual fishing RPG is a novelty. Nonetheless, that’s what Reel Fishing: Road Trip Adventure can be described as, and Pascal Tekaia was able to cast his line at this year’s E3.
