Alder Forge 2 Coming to Steam Early Access
Developer Zine. E Falouti announced that Alder Forge 2, its sequel to 2023’s turn-based RPG Alder Forge, will be released on Steam Early Access. The Early Access version will launch in Q2 2025, with its full release expected to follow within two years.
Alder Forge 2 is set two years after the events of the previous game and continues the story of the Fourth Squadron and its allies. Set on the Ertheryan Continent in the aftermath of the Orvysian invasion of Royne, a world-scale conflict has arisen while shadowy organisations take their own steps to further their goals. Players lead a party of four active members and four reserve members, with the game including a system that rewards players for undertaking consecutive battles without resting as well as am additional system where action taken outside of battle can provide players with combat boosts.
