Vampire Survivors Landing on Switch in August

Developer poncle announced that bullet-hell roguelike Vampire Survivors is heading to Nintendo Switch. The Switch version will release on August 17, 2023, priced at $4.99/€4.99/£3.99. Both of its DLC, Legacy of the Moonspell and Tides of the Foscari, will also be available for $1.99/€1.99/£1.59 each.

In addition, on the same day as the Nintendo Switch release, all versions of the game will be receiving a free local co-op update. The update will allow up to four players to join together. Players can switch between single player and co-op mode before each run. In co-op mode all players will be visible on a single screen, sharing the same “level up” bar and levelling up in turns.

Vampire Survivors released in 2022 and is currently available on PC, Mac, iOS, Android, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. The game sees players controlling a character that automatically attacks while fighting against waves of enemies. The longer players survive, the more tools they can unlock for future runs. The game won RPGamer’s Best Hybrid RPG Award for 2022.
