XEL Releases on PS4, PS5 Alongside New DLC

Publisher Assemble Entertianment and developer Tiny Roar announced that action adventure RPG XEL is now available on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. The game is available digitally for $18.99 with a 20% launch discount available for PlayStation Plus members until May 6, 2023.

In addition, the companies released DLC for the game on its existing PC and Nintendo Switch versions. Breaking Time is set immediately after the game’s conclusion and adds a new story chapter with new puzzles, challenges, and music. The new content in said to last around three hours. Breaking Time is available for $3.99 with a 10% discount available until April 28, 2023.

XEL follows an amnesiac protagonist named Reid who is shipwrecked on a mysterious planet filled with secrets and puzzles, and has an unstable sense of time. The game features combat that uses combos, dodging, and parrying, with Reid able to gain access to a variety of weapons and gadgets.
