Sea Horizon Trailer Introduces Some Playable Characters

Eastasiasoft released a new trailer for Softstar Entertainment and 45 Studio’s Sea Horizon. The three-minute character introduction trailer highlights three playable characters — Dylan the adventurer, Lyya the wanderer, Shilin the priest — as well as their stories and abilities, with many other characters also available to unlock in the game.

Sea Horizon is a turn-based RPG featuring roguelike, survival, and deckbuilding elements. The game is set on the land of Myrihyn, which has been shattered into numerous islands. Players explore the islands by ship, aiming to stop an invasion by the Dark Fiend. The game’s turn-based combat is said to be inspired by Dungeons & Dragons and Magic the Gathering, using dice-based mechanics that determine the resources available to the player on each turn.

Sea Horizon will fully release for PC on Steam and for Nintendo Switch on October 20, 2022. PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S versions are planned to follow in early 2023.
