Bravely Default II Focuses on the Kingdom of Wiswald
Square Enix released a new Japanese trailer for the upcoming Bravely Default II. The three-minute video focuses on the in-game kingdom of Wiswald, a fledgling country established only 50 years ago by mages, and home to the Magic Research Institute. It features introductions to founder Emma Odilia, current leader Roddy Grenadine, Roddy’s wife and holder of the Hunter Asterisk Lily, and guardsman and Shield Master Asterisk holder Galahad Kelly.
Bravely Default II will launch worldwide for Nintendo Switch on February 26, 2021. The game is set in a new world to its predecessors with new characters and a new story. Revo, who composed the soundtrack to Bravely Default, returned to compose the soundtrack to Bravely Default II. A “final” demo is currently available to download from the Nintendo eShop.
