Death end re;Quest 2 Coming to PS4 and PC

Publisher Idea Factory has announced that Compile Heart’s Death end re;Quest 2 is coming to PC via Steam, in addition to the previously-announced physical and digital PlayStation 4 release. No specific release date has been announced yet, beyond a general 2020 window.

A follow-up to Death end re;Quest, Death end re;Quest 2 takes place in the fictional European city of Le Choara, and follows Mai Touyama’s search for her disappeared sister. In order to do this, she moves into the Wordsworth girls’ dormitory, and it isn’t long before other girls begin to disappear. Mai will explore the city by day in visual novel sections to gather clues about her sister’s disappearance, while at night she’ll have to battle enemies called Shadow Matter, including a special enemy called the Berserker, who has an instant-kill attack and must be avoided if encountered.
