Knights of Light Early Access Heading to Steam

Egyptian developer Rumbling Games is providing PC gamers a first look at its upcoming RPG Knights of Light with an Early Access trial of the game’s prologue chapter heading to Steam on February 29, 2020. The minute-long Early Access trailer can be viewed below.

Knights of Light: The Prologue stars two brothers and is based in a historical period during the 7th century. Players will take part in the many skirmishes that lead up to the battle of Al-Qadiseiya, which eventually led to the Sassanian empire’s collapse. Even with sticking to historical events and outcomes, the developers have mentioned that there will be a hidden scenario with fantasy elements involved.

The full game has no set launch window, but it is scheduled to release on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. The developers have gone to say that they expect the full game’s content to be ready for release in a two-year span, after a beta period and fan comments have been accounted for.
