The Surge 2 Gets Graphic in Latest Trailer

Focus Home Interactive released a graphic trailer for Deck13’s action RPG, The Surge 2, which shows the carnage players can inflict on foes. The game is releasing in western markets on September 24, 2019, for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

The Surge 2 brings back the battle system from the first game which allows players to target and weaken enemy armor, steal and equip it, or dismember the combatant, leaving them vulnerable to more damage. The game allows players to create customizable characters and is set in Jericho City, which has been ravaged by a nanomachine plague. The protagonist comes across the mysterious Athena, a young girl that has some ties to the hero and acts as the player’s guide as they navigate through the city.
