SacriFire Finally Set to Launch in 2026
Developer Pixelated Milk announced new release windows for SacriFire. The game, which mixes real-time and turn-based combat, will release for PC via Steam and GOG.com in Q1 2026, with PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch versions set to follow later in 2026. To mark the release window reveal, the developer released a new trailer for the game, which features a new track from composer Motoi Sakuraba.
SacriFire follows Ezekiel Ridan, a soldier attempting to work his way into an elite group within the Church of Sheol while keeping the underground city of Antioch safe from the demons above. It features sci-fi and fantasy elements with constrasting main locations between the city of Antioch and the idyllic spirit paradise of Erebus. The game’s combat allows players to string attack chains together. It underwent a successful Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign in 2021.
