Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii Gets English Dub Trailer, Side Content Screenshots
Sega and Ryū ga Gotoku Studio released a new English trailer for Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii. The two-minute video highlights the game’s English cast, led by Matthew Mercer in the role of Goro Majima. Other major character roles include:
- Samoa Joe as Raymond Law
- Maya Tuttle as Noah Rich
- Jeremy Brandt as Jason Rich
- Brent Mukai as Masaru Fujita
- James Kirkland as Taiga Saejima
- Debra Wilson as Queen Michele
In addition, the companies also released some new screenshots showcasing Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii’s numerous mini-games and side content, many of which return from previous games. The include karaoke, Dragon Kart, Crazy Delivery, outfits, a selection of classic Sega games, and new substories. It also introduces the “Minato Girls”, a group of ladies that Majima’s crewmate Masaru is dying to hang out with.
Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii sees players control Goro Majima, who suffers from amnesia after being shipwrecked on a deserted island and travels across the ocean to recover his identity. The game features the series’ traditional brawling action combat, with Majima able to switch between Mad Dog and Sea Dog combat styles. Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii is set to release worldwide on February 21, 2025, for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
