Welcome to the latest edition of RPGamer’s round-up column, where we look back at some of the articles that we have posted over the previous week. This article is designed to give reminders of some interesting content and stories that our readers might have missed.

The Star Ocean series has quite the legacy. In our next Retrospective, we will aim to share where we think the best starting point is for anyone curious about this beloved franchise.

It’s showtime! Radiant Tale takes center stage in a new Adventure Corner. Sam Wachter sees whether the circus is a swinging success or if the performance falls flat on its face.


Major News

The Pokémon Company held a new Pokémon Presents to mark 28 years since the first entry in the series. The main highlight was the announcement of a new Pokémon Legends title, which returns players to the region of Kalos next year.

NIS America announced it is bringing the recently-announced Reynatis west. The action RPG, set in an alternate version of modern Shibuya, will release in Japan this July and internationally in fall.

Publisher and developer Nexon announced action RPG Vindictus: Defying Fate. The game is set in the same world as its Vindictus MMORPG, with a public pre-alpha planned for the coming weeks.

J-Cat Games has begun its Kickstarter campaign for Godshard Chronicles. The fantasy pixel-art action RPG with two-player co-op is in development for PC and consoles.

NACON and Spiders revealed that GreedFall II: The Dying World will be getting a Steam Early Access release in summer. The companies also provided some new media and details for the action RPG.

Developer Shiny Shoe announced that Inkbound will be exiting Early Access soon. The full version of the tactical roguelite RPG will release this April.

Binary Haze Interactive, Adglobe, and Live Wire have announced a Steam Early Access release for Ender Lilies sequel Ender Magnolia: Bloom in the Mist. The announcement comes with confirmation of additional platforms for the 2D action RPG.
