Subterrain: Mines of Titan Gets March Release Date

Developer Pixellore Inc. and publisher Freedom Games have announced turn-based survival RPG Subterrain: Mines of Titan will be coming to PC via Steam on March 12, 2024, for $19.99. The game is set during the aftermath of a meteor strike on Titan, Saturn’s moon. In an attempt to capitalize on this and discover rare minerals, the TECC mining corporation establishes a mining colony, Camp Huygens. However, the colony suddenly goes missing after plunging into darkness. Players take on the role of the sole survivor of the missing colony who awakens seven years later with no memory of prior events. Along with the expedition team sent by TECC, players must solve the mysterious disappearance of the colony while navigating the hostile terrain of Titan.

Subterrain: Mines of Titan’s gameplay heavily emphasizes the management of resources, such as limited food and water, waning oxygen and energy levels, and treating any injuries while exploring the abandoned mining tunnels. Players will assign tasks, harvest materials, and organize docking stations to colonists to maintain hope. Decisions must be made strategically with every action taken advancing time, putting the team’s safety and chances of solving the mystery at risk.

I have been gaming since I received the Sega Master System as a young child, which was the first console I ever owned (Yes, I am that old). The game that got me into RPGs was Final Fantasy VIII, a game that I still adore to this day. My favorite RPG of all time, however, is Shadow Hearts on the PS2. I do have many other interests outside of gaming as well, such as watching old-school wrestling, Reading books, 80s movies.... or anything 80s related as a matter of fact.
