Fairy Fencer F: Refrain Chord Gets New Trailer

Idea Factory International released a new trailer for Fairy Fencer F: Refrain Chord ahead of its western release later this month. The two-minute video shows the game’s tactical combat, character upgrade, and location shaping systems. In addition, the publisher updated the game’s website with a two-part interview with its composers from ZIZZ STUDIO and interviews with its Japanese cast.

Fairy Fencer F: Refrain Chord is developed by Compile Heart and Sting. It takes place after the events of Fairy Fencer F and its enhanced Fairy Fencer F: Advent Dark Force release. The game sees Fang and his allies encountering Muses who are able to use the power of songs to boost and alter other people’s abilities. Fairy Fencer F: Refrain Chord will release in North America and Europe on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch on April 25, 2023, with a worldwide PC release following on May 23, 2023. A Limited Edition is available to pre-order through Idea Factory International’s North American and European online stores.
