Holomento Now on Early Access

Deck13 and Sean Weech’s Holomento is now available on Steam Early Access and GOG.com Games in Development. The game is expected to spend around a year in Early Access, with monthly updates planned. The initial Early Access version is available for $19.99, with a 15% launch discount, and includes access to the game’s first dungeon and the first parts of its town rebuilding feature.

Holomento is a permadeath action RPG that sees players passing through and trying to rebuild Eventide Hollow, a previously-picturesque kingdom. The land suffered a curse from an artefact called the Holomento, which binds itself to travelers and leaves them unable to leave the hollow, moving onto the hands of a new traveler when its current bearer dies. Players control generations of those travelers, each opening shortcuts, retrieving relics, or building things that can be used by future travelers.
