The Magister Releasing in September

Digerati has announced release dates for Nerdook Productions’ The Magister. The deck-building murder-mystery RPG will launch for PC and Nintendo Switch on September 2, 2021, and for Xbox One on September 3, 2021. A new trailer can be viewed below.

The Magister sees players controlling an agent of the Emperor who is sent to the rural village of Silverhurst to investigate the disappearance of another agent. Players have fourteen days to solve the case with the game using a card-based encounter system that allows for both violent and diplomatic resolutions. Each playthrough is generated, leading to different culprits, events, and clues in each run.
