Roguebook Gets New Trailer

Nacon and Abrakam Entertainment released a new trailer for roguelike deckbuilder Roguebook. The three-minute video introduces the main gameplay elements for the title, which sees players taking a pair of heroes across the randomly-generated world, while building a deck of card-based actions.

Roguebook is co-designed by Magic: The Gathering creator Richard Garfield. The game includes a chapter-based campaign, which requires that players restart after being defeated, but with permanent upgrades available. An epilogue system also introduces customised challenges and additional rewards. Roguebook is set to be released for PC via Steam on June 24, 2021, with PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Nintendo Switch versions to follow at a later date.
