Phoenix Point: Legacy of the Ancients DLC Released

The second DLC for tactical RPG Phoenix Point is now available for PC and Mac via the Epic Games Store. Legacy of the Ancients focuses on the precursor Antediluvian Civilization and includes new story missions, cutscenes, units, enemies, locations, weapons, and more. It can be purchased individually for $9.99, and is also included as part of the game’s Season Pass and Ultra Edition.

Phoenix Point is billed as a spiritual successor to the X-COM series, which was created by studio head Julian Gollop. The game is set in 2047 with Earth under attack from an alien force with players acting as the leader of a cell in a secretive organisation called the Phoenix Project. Phoenix Point was released for PC and Mac in December 2019, with an Xbox One version also planned for release.
