Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris Available Now

Publisher Bandai Namco and developer Aquria have released Sword Art Online: Aliciziation Lycoris worldwide. The latest title in the franchise is available on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.

Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris is loosely based on the main light novel and anime series’ “Alicization” story arc, which takes place in the Underworld, a virtual world where AIs act like humans. Newly-released official launch and story trailers can be viewed below.

    I’ve been waiting a long time for this. Unfortunately there seems to be horrendous frame rate issues on all platforms, PS4 Pro, Xbox One X and PC. I can’t speak for the regular Xbox One or PS4 but everyone is reporting stuttering and consistent rates of around 10 FPS. A patch will be needed to fix this.
