Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Earthblood Gets Cinematic Trailer

NACON (formerly Bigben Interactive) has released a two-and-a-half-minute cinematic trailer for Cyanide Studio’s upcoming action RPG Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Earthblood. In the game, the world is dying, its lifeforce poisoned by megacorporations like Pentex, with its Endron petroleum subsidiary one of the main offenders. Rising up against this threat to the planet’s ecosystem are the Garous lycan tribe, including the game’s protagonist. Cahal is a man on a quest to rescue his daughter, but when overcome by a monstrous rage he turns into a savage werewolf and metes out bloody justice against the corruption. As a wolf, he can see the true face of his enemies, whose strings are secretly being pulled by an entity known as the Wyrm.

Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Earthblood is based on the similarly-named game within the World of Darkness tabletop role-playing universe. The game is being developed for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. It is slated for release sometime this year, though no specific date has yet been set. Interested readers can check out RPGamer’s impression of the game from E3 2019.
