Trails of Cold Steel IV Launching for PS4 in October

During the New Game Plus Expo showcase, NIS America announced that Nihon Falcom’s The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel IV will launch for PlayStation 4 in North America and Europe on October 27, 2020. The announcement comes with a new trailer, viewable below. PC and Nintendo Switch releases are planned for 2021.

Trails of Cold Steel IV was released for PlayStation 4 in Japan in 2018. The game follows the events of Trails of Cold Steel III, and concludes the Cold Steel subseries. Nihon Falcom is currently working on a new title in the wider series titled The Legend of Heroes: Hajimari no Kiseki, which picks up after the events of Trails of Cold Steel IV and is set to release in Japan for PlayStation 4 on August 27, 2020.
