Frozen Flame Heading to Early Access

Dreamside Interactive has revealed that its multiplayer survival action RPG Frozen Flame will be coming to Early Access. A closed beta will begin in June, with the Early Access version expected to launch for PC in the fall of 2020. Console releases for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and potentially Nintendo Switch will follow at a later date. The game is currently in the final stages of a crowdfunding campaign on Fig.

Frozen Flame is set in a fantasy world and is built around a destructive event called the Cataclysm. Players are tasked with not only surviving themselves, but preventing the world’s destruction, fighting against powerful creatures and bosses. Certain parts of player progress carry over across playthroughs, eventually letting them access the final boss. Official servers will be able to support up to 50 players at any one time, and high-level players will be able to build their own settlements.
