Warhammer: Chaosbane Introduces Its Final Playable Character

Bigben Interactive and Eko Software have released a new trailer for the upcoming action RPG Warhammer: Chaosbane. The video introduces the fourth and final playable character for the game, Elessa the Wood Elf. Elessa is an archer who is also able to use spells and summon Dryads and joins previously-revealed characters Konrad, Elontir, and Bragi.

The companies also detailed the game’s Bloodlust mechanic. As they defeat hordes of enemies, players can pick up red orbs that charge the Bloodlust meter. Once filled, it can be used to activate powerful skills, for example letting Elessa rain down arrows.

Warhammer: Chaosbane is set in the Warhammer Fantasy universe. Players control one of the four character, visiting various iconic locations from the setting during the campaign. The game will be released for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on June 4, 2019, with those who order the Magnus and Digital Deluxe Editions receiving early access on May 31, 2019. A new beta version will be available later this month.
