13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim to Receive Japanese Prologue Release in March

Atlus has announced that the prologue version of Vanillaware’s 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim will be released in Japan for PlayStation 4 on March 14, 2019. The prologue will grant access to the first three hours of the game and let players control all thirteen characters, though there will not be any options to carry progress over to the full game. There will be multiple ways for players to access 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim Prologue, though all require some form of purchase:

  • 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim Music and Art Clips (¥2,980)
    • 36-page art book
    • 10-track 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim soundtrack selection CD
    • PS4 theme and avatar set download code
    • Physical version of 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim Prologue for PlayStation 4

13 Sentinels was originally announced in 2015. Few details have been released about the game other than it takes place in a modern-day/near-future setting that includes the presence of mechs. The game is being developed for PlayStatin 4, with no release date announced for the game’s full version.
