Square Enix is giving fans a sneak peek of some of the extra content they can expect in World of Final Fantasy Maxima. New heroes are joining the cast in the enhanced version of World of Final Fantasy. Cecil Harvey from Final Fantasy IV, Zack Fair from Final Fantasy VII, and Serah Farron from Final Fantasy XIII are new Champions being added. Each will have a unique story; for instance, Cecil winds up in Figaro while searching for a certain flower to save someone important to him. New Mirages, enemies that players can capture to turn into companions in battle, such as Yojimbo and Lich, are also getting incorporated into Maxima.
Below are new images and videos with even more additions that’s included in Maxima. The first video shows off a new feature called Avatar Change, the second showcases new Mirages plus additional bosses, and the last video shows off the new fishing mini-game. World of Final Fantasy Maxima is set to release on PC, PlayStation 4, Switch, and Xbox One worldwide on November 6, 2018.
