Dragon Quest Builders 2 Multiplayer Features Detailed

More details on the multiplayer for Dragon Quest Builders 2 have been unveiled. Players will be able to build together on each other’s Vacant Island. This feature will be unlocked as the player progresses through the story. The limit for online multiplayer is up to four players at once. Multiplayer will be solely online for the PlayStation 4 version, while the Nintendo Switch version will support both local and online multiplayer.

In addition, vehicles will be accessible in multiplayer to be used in travel to distant areas. Character creation has been updated so that players’ characters can stand out in multiplayer. Dragon Quest Builders 2 is slated for release in Japan on December 20, 2018, for the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4.
